Fully servo-controlled open robotic arm

It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including material feeding, product handling, sorting and stacking. Equipped with a high-power, high-performance fully servo-driven system, it delivers fast, stable and smooth movements, meeting the production requirements of various products and creating a brand-new human-machine ecosystem within the production chain.
It is compatible with injection moulding machines ranging from 40 to 4,000 tonnes.

Features

  • All XYZ axes are driven by imported servo motors combined with high-precision linear guides, high-strength gears and imported steel-cord belts. This ensures the safe operation of the injection moulding machine and robotic arm by providing high precision, low noise and comprehensive hardware and software protection.
  • The bull-head shaped structure, featuring an arm made from high-strength square steel tubing, provides high structural rigidity and stability during part handling and is designed for specific customer products.
  • It is primarily used in two-plate moulds for the removal of products with high upper and lower dimensions, as well as for automatic loading and unloading requirements such as additional part placement, product arrangement and stacking.
  • An industrial-grade electrical control unit featuring a 7-inch colour touchscreen, an integrated real-time system, high integration, high reliability and high scalability; it offers multiple functions such as emergency stop interlock protection, safety door interlock protection, production status monitoring, multi-axis linkage and packaging arrangement.
  • Both Chinese and English languages are displayed on the screens.
