It is suitable for a variety of applications, including material feeding, product handling, sorting, stacking and embedding. Equipped with a high-power, high-performance fully servo-driven system, it delivers fast, stable and smooth movements, meeting the production requirements of various products and establishing a new human-machine ecological production chain. The main components are from imported brands.
It is compatible with injection moulding machines ranging from 40 to 650 tonnes.

Features

  • The X and Y axes utilise high-precision linear guides and imported steel-cord belts for power transmission. The air cable harness is routed via imported high-flex drag chains. The machine features high speed, high positioning accuracy and low noise levels, and is equipped with comprehensive hardware and software protection to ensure the safe operation of the injection moulding machine and robotic arm.
  • The frame structure, featuring arms made from high-strength aluminium alloy profiles, provides high structural rigidity and enables stable part retrieval.
  • Suitable for various moulds, such as two-plate and three-plate moulds, this product can also be used for automatic loading and unloading requirements, such as insert placement, product sorting and stacking. It is suitable for various injection moulding machines and has a wide range of applications.
  • This industrial-grade electrical control unit features a 7-inch colour touchscreen, an integrated real-time system, high integration, high reliability and high expandability. It also offers multiple functions, including emergency stop interlock protection, safety door interlock protection, production status monitoring and multi-axis connectivity.
