It is suitable for various applications requiring material handling, product sorting, stacking and high load capacity. It is compatible with injection moulding machines ranging from 40 to 4,000 tonnes.

All XYZ axes are driven by high-quality servo motors with bus communication and are equipped with high-precision linear guides, high-strength gears and imported steel timing belts. This ensures high precision, low noise and comprehensive hardware and software protection to guarantee the safe operation of the injection moulding machine and the robotic arm.
Each arm is designed with higher strength to meet part-handling requirements that demand high load capacity and high precision;

It is suitable for various moulds, such as two-plate and three-plate moulds, and is primarily used for automatic loading and unloading requirements such as additional part placement, product sorting and stacking;
This industrial-grade electrical control unit features a 7-inch colour touchscreen, an integrated real-time system, and offers high integration, high reliability and high expandability. It provides multiple functions including emergency stop lock protection, safety door lock protection, production status monitoring, multi-axis linkage and packaging arrangement.
Both Chinese and English languages are displayed on the screens.
