HTCM-A5——HTCM-A30

The HTCM series masterbatch dosing machine is suitable for the automatic blending of raw materials, recycled materials, masterbatches, or additives. This product uses a stepper motor with speeds ranging from 0 to 200 RPM and offers five different models—A5, A10, A15, A20, and A30—with screw types that provide production capacities ranging from 0.2 to 50 kg/hour for customers to choose from.

HTGB-1-2——HTGB-25-4

The HTGB series of weighing machines is suitable for the precise blending of various raw materials based on their weight ratios. The control unit of this series utilizes an imported control system and an adaptive algorithm, and features automatic repeated calibration to ensure accuracy. It is easy to use and learn. This series uses a high-precision AD conversion module to control batch mixing ratio error (depending on the set ratio) within the range of ±0.1% to 0.5%. The appropriate model can be selected based on the type and quantity of raw material to be processed and hourly consumption; it has a maximum processing capacity of 3,000 kg per hour.

  • By adding an optional USB data export function, mixing ratio data can be recorded and retained to facilitate production quality management;
  • An optional RS485 communication interface can communicate with a host computer to provide centralized monitoring;

HTHS-50—HTHS-200

The HTHS series vertical mixer is designed for mixing granular materials. It stands out for its simple design, ease of use, practical maintenance and cleaning, high speed, and excellent mixing performance. While primarily used for mixing plastic granules, it is also widely applicable in industries such as plastics, metallurgy, and ceramics, making it an ideal mixing equipment.
