HTDL-30F—HTDL-1000F

The HTDL rotary three-in-one machine combines dehumidification, drying and feeding functions into a single unit, enabling it to supply drying air with a low dew point of -40°C. It features a sleek appearance, a simple and robust design, and is easy to maintain. It is suitable for engineering plastics with high moisture absorption properties, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, ABS, etc.

HTDL-25EF/EN——HTDL-600EF/EN

The HTDL series machines are primarily used for dehumidifying, drying and feeding hygroscopic plastic raw materials such as PET, PA and PC. Thanks to their simple and rational design, they are easy to maintain. This series utilises a microcomputer and PID control system for precise temperature control. To prevent contamination of the raw material, the material cylinder is made of stainless steel, and the closed-loop feeding system prevents the dried material from re-absorbing moisture upon contact with external air. Loading capacities range from 25 to 1000 kg.

Their direct-drive design allows them to be mounted directly onto plastic moulding machines, saving both time and space. These top-blow hot-air dryers can handle loads ranging from 12 to 1,000 kg.
