On May 20, 2025, it was officially announced that the “Turnkey Project for Buffer Production,” implemented through a collaboration between Leapmotor’s Resin Product Line and Haitian Machinery, had successfully commenced production. As the second integrated solution set delivered, this project centers on the HA41000-28900 super-large-tonnage injection molding machine developed by Haitian Plastic Machinery and is integrated with full-process automation technologies. Thus, the first phase of the project has been successfully completed, and an end-to-end smart production closed-loop system—from raw materials to the final product—has been put into operation.
At the production launch ceremony, senior executives—including Zhang Guangyin, General Manager of the Leapmotor Resin Product Line, and Xu Bin, Deputy General Manager of the Global Sector Line at Haitian Plastic Machinery—jointly commissioned the production line, witnessing this significant milestone.
Under the first phase, a total of four integrated solutions were commissioned, including three sets of HA33000-20200 and one set of HA41000-28900. Each solution was designed with an integrated structure incorporating advanced automation technologies such as a mold transfer cart, magnetic plate system, six-axis robot, automatic runner cutting system, automatic weighing unit, fixture change platform, laser marking, AGV transfer systems, and an automated storage and retrieval (AS/RS) system.
By operating with seamless integration, these systems transform the entire production process—from the precise feeding of raw materials to high-precision injection molding and efficient post-processing operations—into a smart system. As a result, production efficiency has significantly increased, while product quality stability has been elevated to the highest level.
