Held as part of the 2024 Guangzhou International Baby, Children’s, and Toy Fair series, the IBTE Guangzhou Trend Toy Fair—a major event focused on the latest trends in the baby and toy market—opened its doors from March 10–12, 2024, at Area C of the Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex. Held under the theme “High Quality in the Toy Industry,” the fair brought together exhibitions, forums, and multi-tiered events to provide a comprehensive communication and collaboration platform for companies and professional buyers.

At the 2024 Guangzhou Trend Toy Fair, Haitian Group participated alongside its four main subsidiaries: Haitian International, Haitian Smart Solutions, Haitian Education, and Haitian Tongchuang. By showcasing solutions based on the five fundamental dimensions of production—“people, machinery, materials, methods, and environment”—the group comprehensively demonstrated its strong position and strategic structure within the toy industry.

In the Toy Machinery Special Zone established at the fair, Haitian Smart Solutions, alongside Changfeiya—Haitian International’s premium-segment brand of plastic injection molding machines—offered one-stop smart solution packages specifically designed for the toy sector. These injection molding machines, which ensure high efficiency and precision, represent Haitian’s latest technologies in smart manufacturing and effectively address the diverse production needs of the toy industry. The showcased solutions attracted significant attention throughout the fair due to their potential to significantly enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Additionally, based on a cloud-based infrastructure and OPC-UA communication technology, Haitian has implemented an integrated connectivity structure among multi-equipment and multi-platform systems centered around the injection molding machine. Thanks to this structure, auxiliary equipment and automation systems can be remotely monitored, parameter adjustments made, and program transfers performed. This establishes a new generation of smart production models.

On the two separate LEGO production demonstration lines showcased at the fair, equipment such as robotic systems, chillers (cooling units), and three-in-one drying systems were integrated and controlled via the injection molding machine, with mold parameters automatically transferred to the system.

Haitian has long focused on niche segments of the toy industry and develops comprehensive, one-stop smart solutions specifically for critical processes like Lego production. Designed in collaboration between Haitian Smart Solutions and Haitian International, these solutions enable the integrated interaction of automation and information systems.

These systems, which provide effective solutions to the operational challenges and critical issues in production processes faced by businesses, also deliver energy savings and increased efficiency. The showcased solutions garnered significant interest during the fair and received high acclaim from the industry.
